MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️

This day always holds special meaning for us. It’s part of the story and the day where new beginnings started. We lived in our dream home in Southern Pines, NC. A 7 acre horse farm that we totally remodeled and thought we’d be in forever. Our family was there..our church..our businesses...our school.

But In May of 2008 everything changed.

By July, we knew we were supposed to move. We called our agent who informed us farms weren’t moving and this price range definitely wasnt moving. Our home had just appraised at $975,000 and it was 2008. Y’all remember that market. Discouraged...I went to take a shower. And then...this is what I heard: “

“List the house and list it for $888,000.”

😳 huh?!?

I went to tell Keith, we called our agent and on the market it went. Two weeks later on 8•8•8 the offer came in for full price. It was signed, sealed and done on that day.

It was a marker in our lives.

We heard God. We believed God. We obeyed God. We followed God. HE made the impossible possible. We left that dream home and transitioned in a one bedroom basement apartment and the journey has been WILD ever since.

Now, we live on a farm double the size. A double portion of what we left behind when we took him AT HIS WORD.

Hear Him. Believe Him. Obey Him. Follow Him. The impossible becomes possible and new beginnings await.
