A love by choice.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: I had another thought to add to yesterday’s…but then I realized what today was and decided to save that for tomorrow:).

Here was my first thought for today:

Human love may come and go but God’s love always stands.

When we study God’s kind of love and look it up in the Hebrew and Greek, we realize we cannot fathom the depths of THIS love.

We are so wired to attach love to how we FEEL. But agape love, God’s love, is an unconditional love. A love by CHOICE. A love by an act of the WILL...NOT based on feelings or chemistry. It means an unconquerable, unconditional, undefeatable love.

God has this kind of love for the WHOLE world (any message contrary to this is NOT the gospel). It’s this love that compelled him to GIVE his only son for.

That kind.

Whether you get a card, roses, a box of candy or it’s crickets today….it doesn’t matter.

Human love is fickle. God’s love is forever.

You. Are. So. Loved.
