Draw me in.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: Isn’t it so amazing when you read a scripture and you’re like 😳. This is what happened to me when I read Song of Songs 1:4 in TPT. The Shulamite woman says “draw me into your heart…and we will run away together.”

This ACTUAL thing happened to me in 2009. I had an encounter. I won’t go into all the details, but, the Lord began to walk towards me…closer and closer and closer…and right as He got to me, he took both of His hands and opened up his chest. He kept walking. He ENGULFED me. Into His heart. I disappeared. All I could hear and feel was the beat of his heartbeat. It was like I became that. Everything else around me disappeared. I’ve never been the same.

Scripture is real. It’s alive. It’s active. Jesus is real. He’s alive. He’s active. And once you begin to encounter it and live in it and see that it’s not an old book but a promise for NOW, for you, for today…everything changes.

Just ask. “Draw me into your heart…” 🫀
