Fruit or no fruit?

There’s a scripture that says a tree is known for its FRUIT. in other words, if this tree could talk and it came up to me and told me all the things it was going to do and how great of a tree it was and how it was going to feed us fruit for years to come…I could believe it at face value or I could walk in wisdom and wait and watch and see what kind of fruit is actually produced. And…if this tree had only produced very little fruit or wormy fruit in previous years (which, we just had one like this), it would be harder to believe what it was saying so we’d have a decision to make: give it another go or cut it down.
We cut ours down.
