Go to the root.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: I cleaned out this potted ivy plant this week. It’s been growing on this tower for quite a while.

It was dead and dying, and so twisted that even though I cut the tendrils off, the ONLY way for me to finish the job was to uproot it and cut it off AT THE ROOTS.

What a picture.

We can try and try to remove the tendrils and the twisted up places in our lives, but the only way to be truly free from them is to get down to the ROOT and put the axe to that baby.
