Have you forgotten?

Good morning Sunshines! Gorgeous Christmas Eve morning up here on the mountain! I’m reading in Luke 24. Right away…this struck me. The women had gone to the tomb carrying their spices but you know the deal…empty tomb. They were SHOOK. And then…suddenly two men appeared to RE-MIND THEM what Jesus had said to them before. They were like “ummmm…have you FORGOTTEN what he said to you!?!”

“All at once they RE-membered his words.”

How often can we be like this? The lord whispers something in our ear. We stand on it. But then…time passes…and we forget. Life happens and we begin to believe life and what we SEE more than what we HEARD.

This is why I make re-minders for myself and for anyone else who wants them. As a way to POST what is true and what he has said so that we aren’t quite so apt to forget.
