Hot or cold.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️:

“I know the things you do, that you are neither hot or cold. I WISH that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot or cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” Rev 3:14

I was a Christian for a long time...going to church and doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do... but I was also IN the world and OF the world...caring more about what the world thought of me than what God did.

It’s tough to live that way for too long.

It causes division in our souls and spirits. And we know a divided house can only survive for so long.

SAYING we believe, but caring more for the world’s ways than God’s will always leave us empty. His ways are NOT our ways. That means we have to abandon all that we thought we “knew” in so many areas of our lives.

I know, I know…abandoning what you thought you knew can be scary. Taking a look at all of the things you’ve bought into can be hard…but I promise you...it’s worth it.

HIS ways are good ways.
