MIND {of Christ}

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️

A friend messaged me in response to the text I got regarding illegal immigrants voting. She said : “Our nation has lost its mind.”

Can’t argue that.

But my thought instantly went to the “mind” of Christ.

Of course we don’t have it.

Christ is not the head of this nation.

Self is.

When self is the head we get all the stuff that goes along with that.

My rights. My body. What I want. Me. Me. Me. Selfish ambition. Self focus. Self directed instead of God directed.

I remember living that way. I remember the fruit of it as well.

It ain’t good.
