Purpose. Calling. Vehicle.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: I know I’ve written this and talked about this a million times. Here comes one million and one.

If you are a believer, you do NOT need to be confused about your purpose or your calling. (Did you know this is the #1 question people have?) Oh gosh. I must have asked that question to myself hundreds of times over the years. We soooo want to get it right…to be IN the thing that we were made for. Here’s the deal. You + I were made for relationship. Intimacy. Union. Created by a creator to be in relationship with Him. There. Is. Our. Purpose.

Our calling is to simply GO into all the earth and share and release what we have received from that intimate relationship. To go be his hands and feet. His voice. His heart. That’s it.

It’s the VEHICLE piece we get confused about. What we DO for a living is not to be confused with our purpose or call. It’s simply a way to GO into all the earth. Period. When we don’t assign who we are with what we do, and our identity is not wrapped up in our vehicle but in our purpose…it helps keep all things straight and in order.
