Signals.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: Whenever I feel pressure, push, or stress, I always know it’s a SIGNAL that I’m trying to do something in my own strength. It’s a flag I’m trying to be in control.

Years ago...I started simply STOPPING when I felt this way and started SAYING out loud:

“Nope...I don’t operate this way anymore.”

Now, I simply don’t operate that way any more.

Once we know the signs and flags that show up, we don’t have to keep going down the same path. The world wants us to believe we have to take it all into our own hands. That’s a lie.

Taking a moment to stop and breathe and say “NOPE, I don’t operate that way anymore” can give us just the pause needed to turn and go the other way.

A Monday morning seems like a great time to start.
