Sit a while.

Morning Sunshines! It’s been almost a week since I’ve written you. It’s interesting and I’ve already learned a few things I’ll share later! Went to bed thinking of this and thought I’d share! Love to you!!

Everyone in our house has chores. When you live on a farm, it’s a must. We KNOW the things we are to do and we do them. In the scheme of life, they are a small fraction of our time. Keith, they’re FATHER, definitely wants them to get their chores done but he mostly wants to be sitting at the table with them, talking, hanging out, doing something together. THIS is the majority of the time.

I think we have it so backwards. Being so busy “DOING” stuff for the Father. Thinking it’s what He wants. Believing that the more we do the happier it makes him…when all along, he’d love to just sit at the table with us and talk a while.
