Tattered Teachers.

MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️

We cannot teach what we have not learned.

We cannot fully learn what we do not fully go through.

We cannot give away what we do not have.

We don’t have true authority when we teach something from reading about it or simply “learning about it” from others.

We gain authority when we walk through it and OVERCOME it. That’s where the keys are handed out.

Don’t forsake the walk. Don’t get mad about the trial. Don’t look for the shortcuts. Don’t listen to those who simply spout out stories + second hand information.

Look for the “tattered teachers”. The ones who have walked it out, wrestled it out, and have come out knowing, understanding, willing to stand and say “it’s ok…you’re in the thick of it. I’ve been there. Keep walking THIS WAY. I promise you’re going to make it and you’ll be wiser and better and more joyful than ever before.”
