MORNING THOUGHTS ☕️: We are so accustomed to DECIDING our own futures…we are NOT accustomed to waiting for them to be revealed.
We’ve been pounded with messages like “make it happen”, “if it is to be, it’s up to me” and “get after it”. We live in a grab and get world.
So.
Sitting. Waiting. Being still. Listening. Trusting. Leaning in. Submitting. Surrendering.
These are foreign concepts. But…they are also keys…keys to a door the enemy never wants you and I to unlock.
They are keys to rest, peace, joy, reliance, trust, patience. They are keys to living directed, targeted, fully submitted to purpose.
Is the wait harder and longer than we’d like sometimes??! Oh you better bet it is. That’s the whole point.
